This one is a cover as well. However, it was written by my producer, Gary Leach,
and Matthew Ward (previously of 2nd Chapter of Acts) back in the early 90's.
Matthew even recorded it and released it on one of his albums. Gary thought it
would be a great addition to the album, and I think he was right. The words tell
a "Prodigal Son" type story, which describes me and my life perfectly. In fact,
when I heard it, I almost felt like it had been written for me. It's a beautiful
song, and I'm privileged to have been able sing it and to be able to include it
on this album.
